You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by U. S. Sunlight Corp. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please call 866-446-0966 or email us at support@ussunlight.com for instructions on shipping. If we pay for shipping and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
- Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Any item that has obvious signs of use
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received
Shipping Policy
We ship within 5 business days of when you place your order.
We ship via all major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice.
On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page.
Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. You should receive your products within 5-10 business days from the day you order them.
PO Box Shipping: We cannot ship items to a PO Box. Please provide a physical shipping address.
International Shipping: Shipping charges will vary for different countries. Please email us at support@ussunlight.com for a quotation for your specific country.
